Salt and Lime Popcorn
A yummy, fresh version of the movie theatre classic.
- Loose Popcorn Kernels
- Coconut oil (or your favorite healthy cooking oil)
- Lime Juice
Put ½ tablespoon of coconut oil in a pot and melt it on the stove.
Add about ⅓ cup of kernels, cover the pot and let them pop.
When you hear about 10 seconds in between pops, pour the popcorn in a bowl.
Add lime juice and salt to taste.
