Berry Brunch Parfait Recipe
A parfait might sound fancy, but it’s an easy way to get a filling and nutritious breakfast. So don’t reach for that donut, take a minute to throw together one of these before you head out the door. You can even arrange it in a cute mason jar to take with you if you’re crunched for time!
⅔ cup of plain Greek yogurt
½ cup of blueberries
1 tablespoon of organic honey
In a separate bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with honey.
In a tall glass or mason jar, sprinkle ¼ cup of granola in the bottom.
Spoon about ⅓ cup of Greek yogurt on top of the granola.
Toss in half of the blueberries.
Spoon another ⅓ cup of Greek yogurt.
Layer the rest of the granola over top.
Toss in the rest of your blueberries to finish.
